Unsaulicited is a public theater and culture blog. This page says what information the site touches, who holds it, and how to reach us about it.
Unsaulicited is published by Saul de Jesus and hosted on Google Blogger at www.unsaulicited.com. It is based in the Philippines. This notice is written to be accurate to how the site actually runs, not to sound like a larger company.
What this site is
The site publishes reviews, previews, guides, and archive pages about Manila and Philippine live performance. There are no reader accounts, no paywall, and no comment login owned by Unsaulicited. Reading the public pages does not require you to send us personal information.
Information we receive directly
If you email press@unsaulicited.com, we receive whatever you include in that message: your name, email address, affiliation, and any files or links you attach (press kits, photos, ticket information, invitations). We use that material only to consider coverage, reply, correct the record, or keep a working press file. Submission does not guarantee coverage.
We do not sell that information. We do not add press contacts to a marketing list.
Information collected by Google and Blogger
Because the site runs on Blogger, Google processes technical data needed to serve the pages. That can include IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, date and time of the request, and cookies Google uses to run Blogger, security, and (where ads are shown) advertising.
Blogger may also offer a comment function on some posts. Comments are handled by Google, not by a separate Unsaulicited comments database. If you leave a comment, Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that submission.
Unsaulicited does not operate its own analytics product on top of Blogger. Google may still measure traffic as part of hosting and ads. For Google’s own notice, see Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses cookies.
Advertising
Pages may display ads served through Google’s Blogger/AdSense systems. Those ads can use cookies or similar identifiers to limit how often you see an ad and, depending on your Google settings, to show ads Google considers more relevant. You can review ad personalization in your Google account. We do not receive a dossier of who you are from those ads.
Photos, names, and productions
Reviews and previews name artists, companies, venues, and productions because that is the subject of the coverage. Production photographs are used with credit, usually courtesy of the company or photographer named on the page. If you are pictured or named and believe a page is wrong or should be updated, email press@unsaulicited.com with the URL and the correction.
Your requests
Under the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask what personal information we hold from direct correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a press email we no longer need. Write to press@unsaulicited.com. We will say if something is held by Google as the host rather than by Unsaulicited, because we cannot rewrite Google’s logs.
Children
The site covers theater and culture, including family productions, but it is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If the way the site is hosted, monetized, or contacted changes, this page will be updated. The date at the bottom is the last revision.
